The hotel was nicely appointed and tidy. the staff were friendly, efficient, and really efficient. - I liked the karaoke bar. - I've stayed here before and would like to come again. I enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff. the karaoke bar was a fun touch, and I would definitely consider returning for another stay.

It was a great budget hotel. The breakfast was extensive and included cereals, fruit, cheese and cakes. This property was set in a central area adjacent to Birmingham airport, and certain areas. Furthermore, to get to restaurant.

the room was newly remodelled and a decent size, with a magnificent view of the garden. thoroughly enjoyed that we had facilities to make tea, a storage and coffee.

I got a decent size double room with a great view when I arrived, and I really enjoyed that. Extra touches like an iron and ironing board, a kettle, and a carpet were a treat. - the staff were outstandingly accommodating. - the location was great and lovely, near the edges where the water drains out with easy access to a market and shopping outlets.

The classic double room was nicely furnished and good value. the hotel is centrally located in the Lancashire area and near Kavan on Reception, the conference centre, and the garden open until 1 am.

The rooms are nicely decorated and have air conditioning for just an extra £10, plus the location is perfect and exactly where I wanted to be, with private restaurants nearby.

The location was unbeatable and incredible, just off restaurant and the desert and resteraunt. Tasty food in the refurbished restaurant in the vicinity. Enjoyed newly remodelled and airy executive room with massive double bed, felt like we were home.

The room I booked was pleasantly furnished with proper hairdryers for women, for instance. the location was marvellous, very close to shopping outlets and football stadiums. - the rooms were first class and in close proximity to the main restaurant, conference center, and Accrington Stanley football ground.
